Norman Gidney, C.B.E.
Norman is an internationally recognized financier and business development expert. He has restructured and assisted in the development of over 200 publicly and privately held corporations in the U.S. and Europe.
Norman has been a strategic industrial advisor to the British Government and H.R.H. Prince Charles. In 1986, Her Majesty The Queen made Norman a Commander of the British Empire for his outstanding service to his country. He lectures on turnarounds and business strategy for U.S. corporations and for many years on the MBA program at Warwick University, U.K.
Greg M. Klein
Greg Klein is an entrepreneurial business leader with broad experiences in building companies. Prior to starting KleinPartners, Greg created and sold six businesses in the service, technology, and distribution industries. Twice Greg landed his Companies on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies List — before his thirtieth birthday.
Greg is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the Young President's Organization and currently serves on the Santa Monica Bay Chapter's Executive Committee.
Ed is a proven executive who has been involved in building privately held and public companies in the electronics, technology, environmental sectors. In the role of CEO, he has successfully led the strategic consolidations of nineteen different businesses, which included restructuring manufacturing, outsourcing of key processes and products where beneficial, creating key supplier partnerships and developing strong management teams. With extensive experience in operations, sales, finance, engineering, and M&A, both domestically and in Asia, Mr. McMahon has successfully positioned these business as some of the fastest growing companies in their niche sectors.
He is an engineering graduate of Clarkson University and did his MBA graduate studies at Northeastern University in Boston. Prior to joining KleinPartners, Ed was Vice President of Heritage Environmental Services, LLC where he oversaw the acquisition and development of distressed and underutilized businesses throughout North America. Prior to joining Heritage, he spent 6 years with Ashland Chemical Company, a division of Marathon/Ashland Petroleum, where he focused on the turnaround of non-performing locations within the company.
